| Capital Markets Consultant (Robotics / AI) My client is a well known management consultancy who specialise in a number of sectors. They are specifically looking to grow out their capital markets practice with talent and ambitious individuals who want to develop their current skill set whilst being encouraged to learn new ones. The Role: - Mostly based on client site. It is an expectation that you work closely with the business to understand their current state and strategic objectives to build strong working relationships
- Working across multiple exciting projects ranging from post trade to robotics and AI
- Supporting the project through a combination of project management and business analysis activities
- Acting as a trusted advisor, understating their key challenges
- Designing and implementing Target Operating Models
- Facilitating and organising workshops
- Working across multiple phases of the project lifecycle
- You will be required to build trusting and long lasting with clients
- Helping to build out the practice
- Working on projects from strategic design through to implementation
Candidate Must Haves: - This is a very client facing role, you must have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working as a business analyst or project manager within a capital markets setting
- Must be willing to travel
- Must have knowledge of capital markets with the confidence to demonstrate to SME's and senior stakeholders to build credibility
- Excellent academic record
- Experience working across the full project lifecycle
- Understanding of front middle and back office
- Ability to upskill others
