The CRM Marketing Consultant will report directly to the CRM Constituent Experience Leader and will be tasked with helping improve the university's integrated constituent experiences through journey mapping and execution with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Execution in SFMC will include automating email and mobile communications with Journey Builder. The consultant will participate in journey mapping workshops to help partners deepen their understanding of their constituencies' journeys and to identify opportunities to interact with constituents more effectively. Journey mapping will involve holistically mapping and executing journeys across online and offline channels for constituents.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a similar discipline and three years of experience in user experience, journey mapping, marketing automation, email marketing, digital marketing, life-cycle marketing, and database marketing.
Combinations of education and related experience may be considered.
Comfortable working within a matrix organization with discrete brand teams and shared resource teams. Ability to build strong customer relationships, and excellent collaboration and team building skills. Strong technical aptitude. Advanced product knowledge. Demonstrated problem solving skills. Demonstrated high-level of understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and SFMC. Demonstrated understanding of how we manage data and constituent interactions in each platform. Knowledge of email marketing including best practices, building campaigns, testing, and analytics.
