As a Workday Services Partner, we offer full-suite services and provide our consultants with hands-on training and certification in Workday. By joining CrossCountry you'll be making a direct impact on our growing Workday practice, regularly taking part in:
Advising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Workday. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, oversee supplier enablement, and best practices
Contributing beyond client delivery , including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement and beyond
I mplementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives, and participating in cross-functional development efforts
Additional Responsibilities
With guidance and support from colleagues, assist clients with integrating Workday into their current business environments and provide input on best practices
With assistance, scope conversion requirements, execute data transformation activities, and support end user validation activities from existing legacy system to new system
Understand technical data conversion issues, and communicate effectively with clients to convey project findings, updates, options, risks, and impacts related to data conversion
Work with a team to resolve issues and communicate recommendations and solutions
Answer all inquiries on a timely basis, completing tasks in an efficient and timely manner
Provide quality formal and informal documentation consistent with documentation standards
Create presentations that effectively inform and influence clients
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve agreed upon timelines for reporting deliverables
Actively foster internal relationships, share knowledge, and mentor other consultants to grow our practice
Qualifications
Currently working towards a bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college and graduating May 2021
Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
Proficiency in Excel
Basic understanding of data modelling concepts and ability to manipulate data using software tools such as Tableau and SQL, a plus but not required
Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a "big picture" perspective
Ability to build and develop strong client relationships and drive client conversations
Capacity to work independently and proactively under tight deadlines
Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence
Excellent communication skills, exhibiting professionalism and discretion in interacting with executives and clients
Creativity, confidence, flexibility, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
High energy, enthusiasm, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a great sense of humor !
Ability to travel up to 25%
