About the Role
This role will be responsible for leading cross functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives that are larger in scope and complexity.

Responsible for leading cross functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives that are larger in scope and complexity.
Examples might include, but are not limited to: finance / operational / executive management review coordination, process improvement and redesign, change management initiatives, ongoing oversight of a leadership / diversity / recognition / Q12 or general program oversight.
Responsible for the integration/implementation of programs/services/initiatives with cross-functional business partners. Tracks/evaluates performance of programs, services and initiatives. Ensures plans/programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations.
Leads and manages end-to-end transition activities, communicates updates to stakeholders, manages risks and issues, escalates to transition leadership, updates transition reporting and adheres to transition activity SLA's.
Market Skills and Certifications
Requirements
Candidate/s must be at least a graduate of any 4-year degree in any program
Must have at least 6 years experience in Project Management, Transitions and/or Process Improvement/Continuous Improvement
PMP and Agile Certification is a nice to have
Proficient in MS Office tools and should have great passion in analytics, continuous improvement and project management
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Amenable to work on night shift.
Must be amenable to work on holidays/weekends should the business requires.
Work location: McKinley Hill or Uptown, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
Shift: 5 pm – 2 am
