We are operating in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai locations.
Department Overview
The Corporate Services team supports the offshoring activities of multiple lines of business and the corporate risk management organization with their needs in current and expected demand for business process risk management.
About the Role
The team member will be part of supply chain management team. The nature of the work handles all aspects of systems support for those applications used to conduct the various phases of the Source to Pay (S2P) lifecycle: including Requests, Sourcing, Contracting, Procurement, Payments and Reporting for goods and services to both internal and external vendors.
Responsibilities
May act as a liaison between client area and technical organization by assisting in the planning or analysis of basic business problems to be solved with automated systems.
Provides technical assistance and support in identifying and evaluating automated systems and related procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements
Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs and make necessary changes to the database(s)
Gathers data used by business group. Maintains forms and performs quality checks of the automated systems
Assists in developing guidelines for use of database(s).
Updates the database(s) and supports the testing team
Working with an end user who is having trouble with an application
Resolving with the end users if possible, otherwise documenting the issue, steps to recreate, and engaging additional direct team members and technology to root cause and resolve, if required
Monitoring Group Mailboxes & Monitoring Batch jobs
Performing Testing of configuration or technology changes
Loading and/or updating data & making any configuration changes
Essential Qualifications
University degree in Business or related discipline
2+ background with Business Applications such as an ERPs (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP Ariba, etc...) or Contracting Applications either as a business support or functional user
Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Analytic skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data
Ability to work with different groups, gather requirements, and formulate business requirement documents
Ability to work individually or in a group setting
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
