Work you'll do/Responsibilities
As a Consultant you will work with our client to:
Design, develop, implement and support financial planning and reporting solutions using Oracle EPBCS as well as providing technical and functional guidance, assistance and support to client staff using this product and service (70%)
Perform unit, system and interface testing associated with the Oracle EPBCS product and corresponding system interface areas, as well as provide guidance and assistance to client staff to support these testing activities (10%)
Develop associated technical and functional Oracle EPCBS documentation including but not limited to requirements, design, code testing and end user documents, etc. (10%)
Attend and participate in requisite project and operational meetings and work sessions and provide timely updates on work performed to client peers, and management (10%)
Improve business processes around budget formulation, budget execution, financial reporting and data analysis
Collaborate and provide support to junior developers to complete all phases of the application development lifecycle. This includes process redesign, system design, Agile development, data integration, training and ongoing support to customer personnel.

3+ years of experienced with Oracle PBCS/EPBCS; Budgeting; Oracle Planning & Budgeting Cloud Services (PBCS); Oracle/Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management (EPM);
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
Must be willing to work/relocate to Lake Mary, FL, Gilbert, AZ or Mechanicsburg, PA
Travel up to 20% annually (While 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
4+ years of experience as an application developer with strong skills and knowledge with FR reporting (including hands-on experience with creating and maintaining HFR)
Business rules and calculation, Smart View Adhoc, Webforms, Multiple managed PODS and releases, EPM Automate - with error handling, power shell scripting, and high-volume integrations and data loads
Essbase / Hyperion Planning, architecting, designing and implementing integrated Oracle EPBCS solutions with outside enterprise services, data sources and associated security protocols
Business requirements gathering and analysis, with emphasis on fit gap
Authoring functional and technical specifications, developing test plans, conducting unit and integration testing, troubleshooting technical and user issues and interacting with business end users. Creating, managing and helping to resolve Oracle Service Requests (SRs) o Successful release schedule deployments
Understanding, analyzing and articulating common business processes and decisions to develop easy to use customer solutions. Excellent analytical ability
Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner o Ability to effectively operate independently or in a team environment
