Work you'll do/Responsibilities
Coordinate teams in the discovery, understanding and resolving of issues to ensure solution and delivery quality
Mentor teams in the delivery of high-quality work and adapting to new challenges
Lead teams through resolution of client business challenges and solution performance
Demonstrate deep functional knowledge of the Coupa modules: Sourcing, Contract Management, and P2P
Display functional and technical knowledge of Coupa S2P standard processes and configurations
Strong understanding of procure to pay, source to contract, category management as it pertains to sourcing and procurement processes
Display expert knowledge to lead teams in troubleshooting Coupa for S2P and reporting issues
Lead supplier and catalog enablement program including strategy development, execution, and on-going enablement
Lead and consult with client technical/functional teams to design and implement processes and solutions to optimize performance
Lead in execution of sourcing events leveraging Coupa Sourcing tool

knowledge of Coupa modules: Sourcing, Contracts, and P2P
â¢ Ability to lead design workshops, gather and document business requirements along while working with Coupa team to configure requirements
â¢ Lead team to create, write and execute test scripts in Coupa system as well as perform cutover activities
â¢ Ability to identify, troubleshoot and mentor teams to problem solve complex Coupa system issues
Travel up to 20% annually (While 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Ability to mentor and lead project teams to deliver task assignments on or before deadlines
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
