Additionally, we improve operations, product, and material flow across the breadth of the value chain and create greater supply network synergy and value through M&A events.
â¢ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Business Process Management, STEM, Analytics, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
â¢ 3 -5 years of professional experience; Prior consulting experience is a plus
â¢ Experience with Manufacturing Strategy & Smart Operations, in one or more of the following
â¢ Operations improvement
â¢ Digital manufacturing technologies
â¢ Footprint optimization
â¢ Lean / six sigma
â¢ Material and inventory cost reduction
â¢ Additive manufacturing
â¢ Post-merger operations integration
â¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
â¢ Logical thinker and intellectual curiosity
â¢ Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
â¢ Flexible and adaptable to changes from the client or internal stakeholders
â¢ Desire to work in a team environment
â¢ Demonstrated track record of delivering results
â¢ Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
â¢ Must be willing to live and work in the Orlando, FL area or Gilbert, AZ area
â¢ Travel up to 20% annually (While 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
â¢ Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
â¢ Prior consulting experience
â¢ Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus
â¢ Experience working with customers and suppliers
â¢ Prior experience in strategic sourcing and or category management
â¢ Knowledge of indirect or direct categories (e.g., IT, Telecom, HR, Marketing, Facilities, MRO, Professional Services, Travel)
â¢ Prior experience with souring and procurement solutions (e.g., Coupa or Ariba)
â¢ Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
