What You'll Bring:
Experience in supporting Automation, integration, and/or Machine Learning efforts from a business value standpoint
Proven ability to develop and/or drive highly visible initiatives from ideation to final product while collaborating cross-functionally and managing stakeholder expectations
Data-driven decision-making practitioner with the ability to distill complex insights into measurable and impactful action
Experience within the Healthcare industry particularly Revenue Cycle Management space
Proficiency with statistical programs such as R or Python
We'd Love to See
* Master's in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Quantitative fields with at least three (3) years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree in related field with five (5) years or more of relevant experience or equivalent experience through a combination of work and educational experiences with demonstrable ability to perform analytic work * 3-5 years of professional experience in Data and Analytics role with a focus in Business Analytics, Customer Analytics, Product Analytics, or similar focuses * Advanced T-SQL programming skills with an emphasis on complex descriptive and diagnostic analysis; proficiency in data storytelling with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SSRS, etc.
