What We'll Bring:
The Residential Housing Data Science & Analytics Consultant is a highly visible position responsible for contributing to a broad range of client engagements and collaborating with the Mortgage and Tenant Screening businesses to execute new solution ideas. The role contributes to new revenue growth by generating solutions and market insights for new and existing Residential Housing clients.
What You'll Bring:
Master's or PhD degree in statistics, applied mathematics, financial mathematics, computer science, engineering, operations research, or other highly quantitative field with at least three (3) years of relevant professional experience
Expert proficiency with statistical programming languages such as R or Python; High expertise in writing SQL queries for data extraction; Knowledge and experience in data visualization tools (preferably Tableau); High level of familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
Experience and demonstrated success in client-facing roles over a period of at least two (2) years as well as at least two (2) years of professional experience performing analytic work, preferably in the Financial Services industry.
Ability to apply strong project and time management skills to lead multiple projects simultaneously with limited supervision in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Versatile interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels within and outside the organization. Proven ability to operate effectively in a complex and dynamic, matrixed environment.
Impact You'll Make:
Deliver analytic insights and recommendations in succinct and compelling presentations for internal and external customers at various levels including an executive audience; may lead key presentations to clients
Dig in by extracting data and performing statistical analyses on Big Data (using languages such as R, Python, and SQL)
Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver innovative analytical products and insights. You will be directly involved in the integration of third-party data to enhance our TU residential housing solution suite

We offer competitive compensation packages that are based on careful consideration of the impact and scope of the position, external pay benchmarking and the candidates' knowledge skills and abilities. Our target salary ranges are quite broad to accommodate the many factors that are considered.
Salary Range: $66,555.00 - $126,645.00
