The Intelligent Process Automation Developer Consultant II will be a critical team member for the delivery of transformative change to enable company growth and streamlining of existing processes surrounding Coniferâ��s Revenue Cycle Management.
This position requires the individual to be very logical and have strong design skills. The Intelligent Process Automation Consultant II will work as a technical architect and as a member of multiple development teams to design, develop and maintain and maintain robotic process automation (RPA) / intelligent process automation solutions. He\She will be involved in all aspects of the development process, including: design, development, and system testing. As an architect, special emphasis is placed on designing the solution and working with others to achieve the solution. He\She will be expected to further their technical knowledge and knowledge of Conifer products. The Intelligent Process Automation Developer Consultant II will be self-motivated and a fast learner with a desire to learn new technologies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement robotic process automation projects based on requirements
Work with other members on the team to provide estimates, feedback on requirements, and technical guidance.
Perform code reviews and provide feedback.
Identifies opportunities for development process improvement, makes associated recommendations.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Work with Leads, Business Analysts, and other parties to design solutions that meet business objectives
Ability to digest the business objectives of a proposed automation and produce alternative solutions, along with the pros and cons of the various approaches
Create design documents
Serve as a bridge between multiple RPA teams and other technical teams to enable teams to deliver robotic process automations of medium to high complexity using multiple technologies including UIPath, C#, Microsoft SQL Server, AIFabric, OCR, and Web Services.
Knowledge of automation engines and how they work.
Ability to use object oriented programming languages like Microsoft C# and to understand object oriented programming concepts.
Ability to use scripting languages like PowerShell and BASH.
Able to use diagrams to show system design.
Develop and follow coding standards.
Understands implications of automation design and implementation techniques.
Unit test code preferably with a unit testing framework.
Understand various software development lifecycles like Agile or Waterfall.
Willing to learn new programming languages, technologies and platforms.
Understand source control and work item tracking with solutions like GIT and Azure Dev Ops. Should have the ability to remediate others version control mistakes.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage with teams who may be remote.
Provide high level and detailed estimates.
Work with the DevOps team to triage issues and prioritize Production environment improvements.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelorâ��s degree in computer science, engineering or management information systems
2+ years of experience as a technical architect
4+ years of experience as a technical lead
6+ years of experience as a developer
4+ years of experience as a .NET developer
2+ years of RPA/Automation Engine experience like UIPath, Flow, Summit Scripting Toolkit or FlyNet.
Experience with automating terminal emulators, websites, and Excel.
Experience with automating using Artificial Intelligence, OCR, and Document Understanding a plus.
Experience with Windows Server and REHL
Experience with Azure a plus
Experience with Markdown
Experience with Relational database programming including the development of complicated SQL statements.
Healthcare experience a plus
Healthcare revenue cycle experience a plus
HL7 and/or Healthcare X12 EDI experience a plus
ETL tool experience a plus.
Middleware/Integration development experience a plus
Experience with assisting other developers with Version Control (GIT)
Infrastructure As Code (IaC) experience with Terraform / Ansible a plus
RPA Design, Implementation, and Operating a plus.
Containers experience a plus.
Application Operations and Monitoring (DataDog, etc) experience a plus.
