Work you'll do
As the SEO Consultant, you will be an integral member of a client service team within our Search practice, collaborating with diverse and talented team members to help improve SEO performance and generate value for our clients across a broad base of industries. You'll support the SEO work stream lead, running analyses and building deliverables that ultimately drive growth for our clients. You will support platform implementation, redesign, customer acquisition needs, custom dashboard development, campaign setup and management and more, as part of solutions to our clients' most complex problems.
Our Consultants have experience in SEO in a client-facing setting, but most importantly have strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and communicate findings.

We do this by creating content, communications, and experiences that engage and inspire their customers to act. We implement and operate the technology platforms that enable personalized content, commerce and marketing user-centric experiences. In doing so, we transform our clients' marketing and engagement operations into modern, data-driven, creatively focused organizations. Our team brings deep experience in creative and digital marketing capabilities, many from our Digital Studios.

Marketing analytics implementation and operations
Advertising campaign ideation, development and execution
Acquisition and engagement campaign ideation, development and execution
Agile based, design-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerate results
2+ years of full-time agency or consulting experience in SEO
Strong project management skills; ability to triage and prioritize many competing needs
Experience with SEO tools like Google Keyword Planner, DeepCrawl, Screaming Frog, Brightedge, Conductor; Omniture, Google Analytics, Search Console/Webmaster Tools; or experience with SEO tools like Kenshoo and Marin, and certification in Google Adwords, Gemini, Bing Ads
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; and Powerpoint and MS Excel
Comfortable interacting regularly with technical subject matter experts and business owners of varying organizational levels
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now, or at any time in the future
Ability to travel up to 20% (position is virtual-first with travel expected for key meetings or as desired by the practitioner)
Experience with enterprise sites and large client organizations, and platforms like Salesforce-Demandware, AEM, Hybris, ATG
