What you’ll be doing...
Internal customers will rely on you to help deliver our best-in-class network by providing support for our wireline operations. And when they have questions or issues, you’ll be there with outstanding operational support and customer service. The Wireline Operations Control Centers (OCC) provide provisioning, maintenance and dispatch support to the Retail, Wholesale and Enterprise business customer base and are open 24 hours, 365 days a year. We provide support for every product level from POTS (plain old telephone service) to FiOS to Optical Carrier Systems. As part of the OCC team, you will be a part of a fast-paced and customer-focused work environment.
Drive accountability to achieve business results and provide a best in class customer service experience and an engaged workforce.
Conduct and maintain Turf Studies as necessary.
Maximize Force to Load through validation of workforce and job pricing.
Strategic Capacity Planning for a large geographic area.
Drive Minimization of Expense.
Efficient Short-term and Long-term Workload Forecasting.
Work with leadership team on strategizing & making recommendations.
Detailed analysis of workload trends and workforce productivity.
What we’re looking for...

Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, functions) performing data/statistical analysis and visualization, (SQL a plus)
Knowledge of MS office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
A degree in Mathematics or Data Analytics.
Experience collecting and consolidating information from multiple tools, systems or platforms into a single database or data repository
Experience building, configuring and designing reports utilizing data retrieved from our supporting systems and metrics and making recommendations based on them.
Working knowledge of Optix, WFA, Workbench National, IVAPP, VRepair, Local Manager Central, Power Coach, (VZOT, NORM, COGNOS, SABIT, DTi a plus.)
