Our Workforce Transformation services help clients reimagine their talent management strategies across leadership, learning, rewards, inclusion, performance management, career mobility, and talent acquisition.
As a Workforce Strategies Solution Specialist, you will use your knowledge of and experience with workforce strategy, capability, and service delivery to optimize business results and customer experience by:
Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are accurate
Managing all aspects of the project, including monitoring and identifying any project issues early to be able to mitigate any risk for your client

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
3+ years of experience with workforce functions and/or processes in Talent Acquisition, Workforce Strategies, Career Mobility, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Workforce & Talent Analytics and/or related domains
2+ years of experience mixing quantitative and qualitative approaches to create workforce recommendations and/or solutions that link workforce strategy with business strategy
Travel up to 10% annually
Must live near, or relocate to, Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA or Gilbert, AZ
Limited Sponsorship: Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Experience with project management, developing presentations, and/or facilitation
Ability to succeed in team-based or independent environments
Well-organized with the ability to handle several projects/clients simultaneously
Strong oral and written communication skills
Experience working on or with Learning initiatives
Skills with Excel, Tableau or other data-related tools
Data visualization skills
