This Quality Improvement Consultant will be responsible for: Consulting, educating and professionally supporting for Hospital-wide and departmental quality improvement programs, projects and initiatives. Educating and advising on methods, tools and techniques for monitoring and assessing quality of care and compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements. Providing support for implementation and evaluation of hospital and unit/department based programs and serving as program manager for system wide projects. Designing and administering customer surveys and analyzing, interpreting and presenting results. Developing agendas, implementation plans, quality dashboards, proposals and other relevant materials to support project teams.
