As a Communications Consultant you will be responsible for development and execution of internal and external communications for Innovation Ventures. Working closely with leadership of Innovation Venture to advance key messages to various stakeholder groups. Connecting the dots across the CCHMC organization to maximize impact on building culture through strategic messaging.
???Strategic Content Development
Produce accurate, CCHMC-voiced, engaging content for a multitude of platforms.
Serve as the subject matter expert on Innovation Ventures and associated work within the Marketing & Communications department and act as a liaison between the two departments.
Participate in planning meetings, committees, training, and other tasks as required.
Strategically plans, monitors, and adjusts communications to support the goals of the organization and department.
???Content Management, Dissemination and Measurement
Uses department resources to distribute messaging strategically to appropriate audiences through the right vehicle at the right time.
Finds ways to connect dots across the organization.
Writes enterprise wide content for publishing internally or externally, monitors quality and manages vendors.
Identifies opportunities for improvement and proposes solutions.
Mentors junior team members.
Responsible for budget or large scope initiatives as needed.
Management of approved vendors as needed.
May be responsible for managing publications, events or other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5 - 7 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
