Federated Hermes, Inc., a leading global investment manager, responsible investing, is seeking a Systems Client Consultant to join our Investor Services Team located in Warrendale, Pennsylvania.  This position is responsible for providing service and technical support contact for intermediary clients using Federated and DST’s information tools, trading systems and other web-based products. This position is responsible for ensuring clients are properly trained prior to using these systems and appropriately supported on an ongoing basis.

What you can expect:

As a Systems Client Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Providing day-to-day support of clients using EDGEnet, Alliance Partner interfaces, and other system related products and applications

• Identify and recommend the Federated Hermes system related products, enhancements, services and efficiency gains
• Coordinating the installation/establishment of the various Federated Hermes systems and products for our clients
• Lead the client through trainings and tutorials on the various Federated Hermes systems and products. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting. Act as a liaison with our Alliance partners regarding client and fund setup operational issues
• Participate in the development, testing and implementation of new system enhancements

What we are looking for:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 1 year of business experience with general knowledge of the financial industry, operations, systems, and services
• Some basic understanding and interest in Federated Hermes and DST products, systems, operations and services
