Job Description: This role is responsible for providing end user support to the school's state of the art communications spaces including: Television and Audio Studios, Computer Labs, Research and Collaborative spaces supporting users working on a variety of computing platforms including Windows and Mac based systems.- Provide technical support for Windows and Apple technologies used in the complex, including but not limited to the Desktops, Portables, iOS and tvOS devices.- Co-administer the Newhouse Schools server infrastructure and support the Microsoft Active Directory.o Server Managemento Account Managemento Server maintenance and upgradeo Software and security patching- Maintain and expand the school's asset management systems
