Overview: Management Science Associates, Inc. MSA’s Life Sciences division is currently seeking an Implementation Specialist – Transplant Management System (Client Relationship Consultant) for the continued development and implementation of an innovative medical application for transplant centers. You will support our growing transplant management solutions and play an active role in the implementation of our products at client locations.?The selected candidate will work collaboratively with our clients as well as our Product Management team to develop training and supporting materials.
Consult with cellular and solid organ transplant centers on how to optimize their clinical workflows
Maintain understanding of how the application is used and configured, including the ability to provide an application overview to clients and internal associates
Act as the primary contact for clients throughout the implementation process
Independently lead the implementation of EDITLife and LABHero (including Workflow, Configuration, EIS, and Interfaces) software at customer sites
Provide customer service and troubleshooting of application software issues
Work with the Development and QA teams to resolve any technical issues
Conduct implementation tasks including application build/deployment, end user training, go-live support, and post go-live optimization
Maintain complete understanding of contract and SOW deliverables to ensure each project is delivered on time and within budget
Hybrid in-office and remote work with majority of time being remote. Candidates must currently live in the Pittsburgh region or be willing to relocate due to occasional in-office work
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or related discipline, or equivalent experience
MBA or relevant Master's degree may substitute for up to two years of related experience
Minimum three years of Enterprise Health Record industry knowledge and experience
Experience demonstrating the ability to project manage an initiative to successful completion preferred, ideally working for a healthcare technology vendor
Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal and giving presentations.
Ability to diagnose and remedy common technical issues, including the use of SQL to do so
Experience interfacing clinical applications (HIS, EHR, LIS) within a hospital system including working understanding of network topology
Intermediate MS office skills including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS Explorer and MS Outlook calendar and email
