Increase Columbia Management sales through intermediary distributors by gaining and maintaining placement on research department discretionary and nondiscretionary platforms. Responsibilities Develop a strategic plan for covering each firm's research department. Partner with National Accounts to coordinate the overall firm strategy with the research platform strategy and to maximize the value of nondiscretionary platform placements. On a quarterly basis, establish an objective with each analyst within each firm that facilitates progress toward platform placement and create an action plan to accomplish the goal within 90-days.
