The Talent Acquisition Consultant focuses on full lifecycle recruiting and placement of quality talent needed to drive business outcomes. The incumbent adheres to defined processes for filling high volume or other identified non-exempt or exempt level positions. Provides basic level of partnership with the business to review upcoming needs and contributes to sourcing strategies. Engages in sourcing and leverages social media to create awareness of high-volume hiring needs.
