This is a full-time, permanent Health Services Consultant 4 (HSC4) position working out of the Washington Medical Commission (WMC), Complaint Intake Unit. This role includes the supervision of professional staff, assigning work to case managers, monitoring status, reporting Unit progress, identifying problems or issues and negotiating solutions, and selecting and ensuring completion of training courses. The incumbent is a member of the Investigations management team, responsible for strategic and performance planning, as well as financial planning and development for the unit.
