Technical career path equivalent to the IS MGR II position in the IS Management Career Path. Recognized expert in at least 2 or more Information Management disciplines such as Data Modeling, Database Administration, ELT Development, etc. This role will divide their time between hands-on and strategic work. The Consultant II will be expected to provide experience, guidance and mentoring to other team members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Tactical, hands-on focus on multiple on 1 or more strategic Information Management project(s)
Collaboration on the development and execution of Strategic data initiatives within Conifer
Collaboration on Information Management Strategy

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

Must have must have In Contact experience (support and implementation) with a focus on developing and maintaining scripts
Must have telecom experience covering topics such as telecom network design, video conferencing, and vendor management
Possess experience maintaining and developing contact center implementations
5+ years as a Senior resource across at least 2 Information Management technical disciplines.
Ability to work with other departments (network, database, security, desktop) as a Subject Matter Expert to retain compliance within the Conifer domain.
Proven ability to constructively, proactively mentor other Information Management resources.
5+ years of experience with full application development lifecycle ( analysis, architecture, design, development, testing and deployment)
5+ years of experience as a lead on multiple, enterprise level Information Management projects within Fortune 1000-sized companies.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
4 Year College Degree in Computer Science related discipline preferred.
Equivalent on the job experience will be considered in lieu of a 4 Year College Degree
