We are adding a NetSuite Consultant to our Managed Services team to provide our clients with expert post-implementation ongoing support and consulting services.

An ideal candidate for this role will have expertise in NetSuite Manufacturing and Standard Costing (WIP, Adv Mfg, Outsourced Mfg, Work Orders, BOMs) and strong experience in Logistics (demand and supply planning), and Distribution Resource planning.

This particular role will require a high level of technical skills and an understanding of scripts and workflows across process tracks, particularly Order to Cash.

Experience Required

• 4 + years experience as a NetSuite consultant is required.
• Expertise in NetSuite Manufacturing and Standard Costing (WIP, Adv Mfg, Outsourced Mfg, Work Orders, BOMs).
• Strong experience in Logistics (demand and supply planning), Distribution Resource planning.
• Experience working with Supply and Inventory allocations.
• Solid understanding of General Accounting (GL impacts).
• Experience working with Dynamic and Static batch allocations.
• Hands-on experience in Intercompany Management (GL impacts).
• Excellent skills in searches, reporting, and analytics.
• Understanding of Blanket POs, Purchase Reqs, Bill before Receipt, Elec Bill Payments, and Custom inbound shipments.
• Understanding of the Commissions module.
• Experience in consulting high-acquisition companies preferred.
• Experience creating, analyzing, and interpreting process flow charts preferred.

A Day in the Life

A Typical Day in the Life of a Senior NetSuite Managed Services Consultant may include the following:

• You will start off working with a small number of clients that will take up most of your time and effort. You’ll work with your client on building and executing strategies for improvement.
• As time allows, you may also assist be assigned to other clients and our On-Demand cases and conduct multi-day assessments for our clients and prospects.
• Your efforts will be focused on our NetSuite clients who have completed their implementations.
• Support clients who have the desire to continue to improve their NetSuite environment to get the very most out of their investment and want to work with a dedicated resource on their account.
• Interact with Project Management directly and through a project management tool to lead in the definition and execution of the project plan within a specified timeframe and budget; also record time daily so we ensure client budgets are protected.
• Work closely with 360's developers and system architects in defining and building custom solutions that propel our client's business further forward. The consultant will assist in building vision, sales statements of work, client process documentation, and custom training materials.
• Use and/or adapt to a wide set of tools including NetSuite, Zoom, Office 365, ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace
• Continue to develop your platform skills and consulting expertise.

• Available during core business office hours.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time.
