Responsibilities include:

• Support to the CM team in structuring sell/buy side real estate transactions
• Support to the CM team in Real estate advisory projects (feasibility study, Portfolio analysis ecc)
• Preparation of teasers / pitching documents and other marketing material
• Participation, with senior team members, in meetings with clients and counterparties.
• Financial modelling (with a particular focus to DCF)
• Market analysis and research

Requirements

• At least 1 years' experience matured in: Investment/Acquisition/Transaction/Asset Management of Italian asset management companies Investment & Asset Management firm;
• Capital Markets Team of Advisory Companies
• BIG4 Transaction department (Real Estate preferred)
• Valuation modelling and business plan skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or engineering disciplines
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power Point package
• Aptitude for teamwork, organizational and problem solving skills, accuracy and attention to details.
