Current Need
We are searching for an associate to join our team of Primary Care Technology Consultants.
Position Description
The Primary Care Technology Sales Consultant specializes in the procurement-to-payment process for Supply Chain Management and collaborates with our local sales teams, uncovers efficiency opportunities within our Primary Care (PC) customer segments, and positions both proprietary and 3rd party digital workflow solutions to strengthen the overall business health of our customers.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Live our culture: I2CARE, ILEAD, and Grow Self
- Strengthen relationships between our customers, sales teams, and technology resources
- Educate the sales force on customer tools and technology via remote and in-person trainings
- Provide problem solving and troubleshooting in servicing existing accounts
- Engage with customers in live meetings and demos of technology products/solutions
- Achieve financial and KPI/MBO goals relative to technology sales
Critical Requirements
- 2+ years previous Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or Sales
- Strong communicator and group presentation skills
- E-commerce experience
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, matrixed organization
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency
- Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
Additional Knowledge & Skills
- Healthcare Distribution Experience preferred
- Lean Six Sigma training preferred
- Experience with procurement software (e.g., Coupa, Lawson, ENVI, Hybrent) preferred
Education
4-year degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
- This is a Work-at-Home position when not traveling
- General office demands
- Travel up to 30% of the time

As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
Our Base Pay Range for this position
$70,700 - $117,800
