What Strategic Planning/Execution contributes to Cardinal Health
Strategy is responsible for leadership, direction and expertise in the development of business strategy, strategic management disciplines and business analytics that support the company's mission vision and valuation objectives, in close collaboration with business leaders.
Strategic Planning/Execution is responsible for developing and supporting the realization of strategic plans and management agendas.
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with internal and external teams including Sales, Operations, Business Development as well as various carrier and courier partners
Create and execute standardized processes for customer implementations across a variety of new services
Develop auditing tools for various carrier and courier partner
Consult with carrier and courier partners to simplify processes and create synergies
Primary point of contact for OptiFreight Logistics sales leads serving as the subject matter expert and operational support of carrier/ courier provider management
Engage in customer implementation calls with customer and carrier
Leverage tools and knowledge to inform IT requirements
Provide feedback in terms of solution improvement from a People, Process and Technology standpoint
Develop project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
Communicate project milestones to stakeholders
Will support other internal projects as assigned to help improve technology and business processes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred
3+ years of Freight, Audit & Pay or 3PL experience or courier in healthcare
3+ years in customer-facing or similar support role
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
3+ years Project Management experience
Ability to manage and execute complex projects while leading cross functional teams
Process oriented approach with a focus on continual improvement
Strong skills in MS Excel and proficient in PowerPoint
Alteryx and Microsoft SQL a plus
Flexible and positive attitude
Ability to work independently
