Scope of Position The Ohio State University Hospitals (The Hospitals) is a large academic Medical Center. The Hospitals includes a Comprehensive Transplant Center, a PPS-Exempt TEFRA Cancer Hospital and Distinct Part Psychiatric & Rehabilitation Units. Five hospital financial statements are maintained; net revenue is reported individually. Two Medicare Cost Reports are filed. The positions responsibilities include preparation and review of third-party Cost Report filings, Cost Report audits, month-end settlement estimates and other required Governmental Filings. The position assists in management of the Reimbursement Department including: tracking projects status, reviewing completed projects, educating professional staff and monitoring regulations and payment rate
