The Treasury Consultant, Cash Management is a sub-function of Treasury Operations. Responsible for managing the universitys daily, annual, and long-term cash position ensuring the organization has sufficient liquidity to meet its financial obligations. The Treasury Consultant, Cash Management works closely with the Treasury Analyst and Senior Investment Analyst to maintain sufficient access to working capital by monitoring, analyzing, and deploying excess liquidity. Works independently to develop and manage cash flow forecast and monitors performance of forecast regularly to inform investment allocation strategy. Maintains strong working partnerships with Financial Planning and Analysis, Capital Planning, and the Debt / Capital Markets teams as well as with key financial stakeholders at
