The Wellbeing Consultant is a member of a small, high level, agile strategic team managing the University's $480 million spend on benefits. Individually, this position would "own" the wellbeing programs and vendor relationships, planning the strategy, developing alternate scenarios, and bringing forth recommendations to senior leaders in OHR and plan sponsor/fiduciary committees that direct the given plans. Requires deep expertise professionally and educationally, strong analytic skills and exceptional calm during change and volatility in various benefit markets. These are critical musts.
