The Inclusive Excellence in STEM Initiatives Director supports the ongoing and evolving OAA investments in increasing pathways to STEM fields and building inclusive environments that optimize experiences of equity among faculty and across all learners with particular attention to the experiences of those who are underrepresented in STEM fields.
