Our goal is to determine best practices for research data management in our environment that will ensure our compliance with this new policy, document and implement those practices, and create training materials for LSA researchers. This information will feed into your process design work and validation, including cost and savings estimations. You will create an implementation plan and lead this work, including change management, communications, and training material development.
Your peers will have your back as you present your solutions for knowledge sharing and feedback. You will build your professional network and enjoy working with a fantastic team of individuals who share and support you in your success in this role.
