Under the direction of the Executive Director of the Mission Critical Unit within the Office of Long-Term Care Resiliency, this position will serve as the subject matter expert for the Mission Critical Team as it pertains to resident rights, abuse prohibition, levels of care and appropriateness, care planning, discharge planning, resident financial resource allocation, psychosocial counseling, and addiction services, including maintaining a knowledge of applicable state statutes, regulations, policies, and procedures.
