Senior Consultant, Flexible Office Advisory
Location: London
The Flex Office Advisory was installed in 2017, our consultants are based in London and form part of the wider Occupier Representation team. Specialising in the development of flex office product strategies, research to acquisition process and transaction management. We deliver innovative ideas around new ways of working, including insight and global location access, across the sector, serviced offices, managed offices & co-working.
Our positioning: an occupier driven advisory with extreme expertise across the flexible office sector, offering a holistic perspective and passion to deliver results.Â
Role Purpose:
â¢Â   To further the growth of the department and extend the Senior knowledge level within the team
â¢Â   Responsible for winning new business from a variety of sources, distribute referrals accordingly, ability to build relationships internally & externally
â¢Â   Creating value is key and offering occupiers accurate advice and recommendations to revaluate their real estate portfolios or independent scenarios

â¢Â   Influential in sharing knowledge, seeks opportunities to develop and coach colleagues
â¢Â   Team player and focussed on delivering a joined-up approach with traditional agency teams to exceed client expectation
â¢Â   Confident verbal communication, written and face-to-face. Deliver flex sector knowledge within pitching scenarios, internal / external meetings Â
â¢Â   Continues to develop their understanding of flexible and leasehold office sector, building our brand and developing a reputation both within and outside the organisation
Key Responsibilities:
â¢Â   Managing a broad spectrum of fast paced projects from market research, account management, through to completion. Inclusive of new transactions, renewals, and expansions
â¢Â   Projects will vary from London, UK to EMEA depending on the client. Delivering single transaction management to simultaneous delivery.Â
â¢Â   Ability to trouble shoot, overcome objections and strive to deliver results Â
â¢Â   High level of initiative and ability to bring new ideas in to the team; processes, systems, marketing, innovation and insight
â¢Â   Team player, achieves own objectives in line with business planning and updates with line managerÂ
â¢Â   Manage or contribute to initial discussions, supporting with tenders, reporting documents, delivering client pitches / presentationsÂ
â¢Â   Experience in networking, building relationships internally and externally. Striving to develop a pipeline of business opportunities by using high level of initiative.
â¢Â   Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, actively developing business opportunities internally through various sourcesÂ
Core Knowledge & Experience:
â¢Â   Knowledge across the flex / leasehold / real estate sector is highly beneficial
â¢Â   Understanding of flex providers, real estate legal compliance and negotiation points is beneficialÂ
â¢Â   High level of business acumen towards seeking new opportunities independently
â¢Â   Excellent communication ability across all business sectors and opportunities
â¢Â   Track record in managing sales cycle and meeting targetsÂ
â¢Â   Experience of leading personal projects to deliver seamless client service and delegate appropriatelyÂ
â¢Â   Business development and client relationship management is essentialÂ
â¢Â   Demonstrable understanding of understanding client needs and the ability to challengeÂ
â¢Â   Experience in networking and building relationships internally and externally
â¢Â   IT skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet)
