Quality Improvement Consultant: Cardiac Division
The Quality Improvement Consultant, a vital part of the Cardiac Division Quality Improvement Team, provides safety and quality strategic guidance and support in the Cardiac Division, contributing significantly to improving patient care. This Quality Improvement Consultant will be responsible to:· Advise and collaborate with the Cardiac Division staff on safety & quality improvement work.· Provide analysis, management, and methodological support, including developing measurement plans for performance indicators.· Prepare written and graphical reports utilizing appropriate QI data analytics techniques, including development of dashboards to track performance and highlight opportunities
