Talent Practices Consultant
The Talent Development Consultant is responsible for standardizing train-the-trainer programs for talent review, succession planning, and team development solutions. In addition, the Consultant is responsible for facilitating Insights Discovery programs and other team development programs and solutions. This role reports to the Manager of Talent Practices and is a position with the Talent Management team in Human Resources (HR) at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI). The Consultant will - under the guidance of the Manager of Talent Practices - design a standardized and comprehensive approach for designing and delivering train-the-trainer programs focused on talent development and team development
