Job DescriptionThe Training & Development Consultant designs, develops, and delivers MTAS training programs. This position designs and develops new training programs, revises existing programs, delivers training classes, and markets training services. This position continually looks for ways to distribute knowledge and improve skills for municipal staff and elected officials in Tennessee. This position is responsible for design, development, and delivery of in-person and virtual training, retreat facilitation, and conference presentations for MTAS customers.
