Job Description

What Youâ™ll Do

• Coordinate and execute property valuation projects and portfolio analyses across multiple asset classes.

• Conduct site inspections and review territorial planning documentation.

• Prepare market, feasibility, and investment reports to support strategic decision-making.

• Ensure full compliance with RICS, CMVM, and internal valuation standards.

• Present valuation results, methodologies, and key value drivers to clients and stakeholders.

• Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

• Support market research and contribute to the development of internal data and intelligence systems.

• Collaborate with other business lines to strengthen integrated advisory solutions.

👤 Who You Are

• Degree or Masterâ™s in Architecture, Engineering, Economics, Management, Data Science, or a related field.

• 3â“5 years of relevant experience in Valuation and Advisory.

• Strong understanding of the Portuguese real estate market and valuation methodologies.

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.

• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.

• Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with AI or data analytics tools is a plus.

• Experience in Forestry & Agribusiness or equipment valuation is highly valued.

• Curious, tech-savvy, and committed to client-focused solutions.
