IU Health has an outstanding opportunity available for a Sourcing Consultant- Intermediate to join our team. This position will be a Full-time day shift role, working Monday- Friday in a hybrid capacity with occasional onsite requirements.
The Sourcing Consultant- Intermediate focuses on hiring best practices through sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent from all backgrounds, using various sourcing methods, including Boolean searches, social media, job boards, networking, and community outreach. Researches, develops, and implements recruitment strategies to attract a broad pool of candidates for open positions. Builds relationships with external organizations, universities, and community groups to expand our talent pipeline. Collaborates closely with stakeholders, talent sourcing team, talent acquisition consultants and hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies, job descriptions and interview processes. Conducts screening discussions to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and alignment with our values, and maintains engagement with passive candidates for future hiring needs. Maintains accurate and up to date candidate records, and tracks and analyzes recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our hiring initiatives and collaborates with leaders for areas for improvement. Stays current on trends and best practices in recruitment and shares knowledge and insights with the team. Strong preference for successful candidate sourcing experience, candidate relationship development and the experience influencing without authority. Strong interest in bias toward innovative tools, techniques for candidate identification and engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required, or equivalent years of experience within a matrixed organization, healthcare setting preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting/Sourcing experience.
- Requires strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques.
- Requires experience using applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management platforms and other recruitment tools.
