They apply basic total rewards strategies to ensure the compensation package is market competitive for the position, aligns with customer expectations, and aligns with candidate skills and abilities. Finally, this position assists with workforce planning analysis to ensure the right recruiting strategies are in place and executed effectively, guides leaders in selecting the best talent, and provides other project management support as requested by their leader, particularly surrounding passive candidate sourcing strategies. Bachelor&#39;s Degree in Human Resources  or related field required, or equivalent years of experience. Provide regular updates and maintain a positive candidate experience.   Requirements:  Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience. Bachelor&#39;s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required or equivalent years of experience within a matrixed organization, healthcare setting preferred. Minimum 3 years of recruiting/campus recruiting/campus sourcing experience, healthcare setting preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate relationship management system (CRM) experience a plus. Requires proven track record of recruiting top talent. Experience using Behavioral Based Interviewing techniques, experience training stakeholders a plus. Experience planning and attending in-person and/or virtual hiring events.
