Job SummaryResponsible to manage daily service and financial performance including departure and delivery to the customer. Provide tier 1 logistic service provider support; tier 1 is defined as resolve and support root cause identification, day-to-day execution, resolution of challenges and opportunities, and customer implementation/disengagement.
