What Product Systems Analysis contributes to Cardinal Health Commercial Technologies manages the enterprise's portfolio of commercial technologies to maximize the business value of the technologies and enhance the customer experience. This function creates strategies for the portfolio and innovative solutions based on relationships with business leaders, develops back-end solutions and capabilities, and improves the front-end experience.
Product System Analysis serves as a liaison between the business and IT to align product strategies and capabilities, also providing technical business specifications to IT.This job family identifies and analyzes product needs, defines requirements, objectives, and participates in the solutions making process.This job family optimize business processes by leveraging the functionality of the technology and product solution.
Responsibilities
Point of contact for enhancements and defects related to Listings, Exclusions and Inclusions (LE&I), Inventory (backorder), Substitution, Allocation and how those processes are supported by SAP functionality
Establish a priority list for enhancements and medium/low priority defects
Facilitate charter development and advocate for requested work
Coordinate with order change management (OCM) to develop and deploy training
Optimizes business processes by leveraging the functionality of the technology solution
Change management and communication
Develop/Identify metrics to quantify business process improvement
Liaison with IT teams
Support the development of business requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
1-3 years professional experience preferred
Knowledge of Pharmaceutical SAP Order to Cash (OTC) processes and how they are supported by SAP functionality preferred
Experience working with business partners to identify and scope opportunities for technology and process improvement preferred
Strong influence to form partnerships with stakeholders
Analytical and Word Processing: MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook) and SAP familiarity
Presentation: Clear, concise articulation of proposed actions, illustrating opportunity, alternatives, recommendation, and associated economics

Anticipated salary range: $80,900 - $115,500
